media City: An Evening with the edinburgh TV Festival
As part of the 50th Anniversary Edinburgh TV Festival celebrations, we hosted an evening of discussion, debate and networking as some of the region’s most creative minds came together to explore and share their vision of the future of the region’s media industry.
Amplify
Amplify was designed to help creatives take charge of their careers and develop their voices. Speakers from across the TV industry and beyond came together to create a programme of talks and masterclasses designed to help new voices speak up.
From mastering pitches and PR to standing out in a crowd of talented content creators, our carefully curated programme gave attendees all the skills needed to go out there and get themselves heard. Speakers included Remel London, Rubina Pabani, Nathan Foad, Amelia Dimoldenberg, and Munya Chawawa.
Amplify has now grown into our annual New Voice Awards.
Hosting History
Hosting History was a competition for academics who wanted to bring their ideas to the little screen. The lucky winner would have a short-form TV Programme commissioned by Sky HISTORY.
