Climate Content Summit
TV has the power to engage and educate, but how can we harness this influence to protect the planet? We gathered the industry at the Barbican to discuss.
More Events & Opportunities
The TV Foundation’s work is much more than our action-packed week in Edinburgh! The magic continues long after the Festival finishes.

AHTV
AHTV brings together TV professionals and academics working in the arts and humanities.
Our unique programme of sessions, panels, speed meetings, and round-table discussions is designed to foster relationships, improve understanding, and strengthen the connection between these industries.

New Voice Awards: Amplify
NVA: Amplify helps creatives master the skills needed to develop their careers and get their voices heard.
Speakers such as Amelia Dimoldenberg, Nathan Foad, and Munya Chawawa come together to deliver a programme of masterclasses designed to give attendees the skills they need to get themselves heard.

Awards
TV is home to some of the strongest voices in media, and the industry’s collective commitment to excellence deserves to be celebrated. We do that with two annual awards ceremonies:
- The Edinburgh TV Awards celebrate the talent and creativity that goes into making the UK TV industry a global leader
- The New Voice Awards shine a light on the industry’s emerging creatives and the organisations that are doing the most to nurture new talent
See past winners and find out about this year’s ceremonies here.
Podcasts
The TV Festival and the TV Foundation host three podcasts that are the place for insider tips, juicy TV anecdotes, and lots of laughs.
The TV Festival Festival Podcast is where you’ll find some of our favourite sessions from past festivals, including MacTaggart lectures.
Get with the Programme brings together TV professionals to chat about the shows they’ve loved making and watching.
Say it Loud is an honest and often hilarious series of interviews with emerging and established UK Black creatives in the media industry.
