The Festival team is based in our London office, location is flexible but an average of 2 days in the office per week is preferable.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Travel and Accommodation Coordinator to oversee the travel and accommodation requirements of Festival Speakers and Producers, manage the Festival’s room allocations at Edinburgh hotels and ensure speaker travel and accommodation remains within budget.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team behind one of the industry’s biggest events. The role is a fixed term project, with an average of two days a week in the Festival office in Farringdon, London.
Scope of work:
- Managing travel and accommodation bookings for Festival speakers and producers
- Oversee the Festival’s hotel contracts, managing allocations and rooming lists
- Liaise with hotels to alter or reduce allocations as required
- Support the Editorial Manager to ensure speakers are booked in a timely manner
- Work with our travel provider to keep bookings under budget
- Support the Editorial Manager to ensure all speakers are registered for the Festival
- Generate and share itineraries for VIP guests
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Strong organisational skills to plan and prioritise while responding flexibly to changing priorities
- A self-starter with a pro-active approach
- Have an acute attention to detail and organisation
- Experience managing logistics and accommodation for large scale events or productions
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Desirable:
Understanding and knowledge of the TV industry
Experience using Airtable
