Rosamund Davies is Senior Lecturer in Screenwriting at the University of Greenwich, where she organizes the research and events series Creative Conversations: exploring the relationship between creativity, commerce and technology in the contemporary creative industries. She has a background in professional practice in the film and television industries, in which she worked with both independent production companies and public funding bodies as a script editor and story consultant​. Rosamund is a member of the International Screenwriting Research Network and a contributor to the Journal of Screenwriting. Her research encompasses both theory and practice and her publications include Introducing the Creative Industries, SAGE 2013 (with Gauti Sigthorsson) and ‘Trapped: a case study of international co-production’ in The Palgrave Handbook of Screen Production, Palgrave 2019.
