Michael Scogin is currently the VP, Strategic Partnerships, for NBC Entertainment Digital, where he works with NBC shows, content studios and digital initiatives to form partnerships with large-scale technology, social media, production and distribution companies in order to drive innovation and integration with NBC primetime and late night programming.
Prior to his current role, Scogin was VP, Late Night for NBC Entertainment Digital, where he managed the digital experience for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Saturday Night Live and Late Night with Seth Meyers. Scogin worked closely with show producers and production staff and cross-functional groups within NBC Entertainment (social media managers, digital production, product development, marketing, sales, research) to innovate, extend and optimize the digital presence for NBC’s late-night programs.
Previously, Michael was VP, Mobile and Emerging Platforms for MTV. He also managed innovative social media integrations and visualizations into live MTV tentpole events such as the Video Music Awards and Movie Awards.
Prior to joining MTV, Scogin served as Sr. Director of Multiplatform Programming for Fuse Networks. Scogin also served as Senior Director of Platform Strategy for Bolt, Inc.
