Alfie is currently Production Manager at Little Island and Assistant to Helen Flint. After graduating from the Arts University Bournemouth with a First-Class degree, Alfie produced the short film ‘Little’ which won the RTS National Student Comedy Award. Another short film, ‘Happy Birthday Cindy Wei’, was nominated for the Best Student Film at the Royal Television Southern Awards. Alfie freelanced on a number of award-winning TV dramas, commercials and films before joining Little Island in 2014. Since then he has worked with Helen Flint on all of Little Island’s Productions, including ‘Close to the Enemy’, ‘Galavant’, ‘Indian Summers’, ‘The White Princess’ and ‘Patrick Melrose’. More recently, Alfie was Production Manager on ‘Snatch’ (the series), ‘In the Cloud’ and ‘Summer of Rockets’. He has an integral role in budgeting, setting up productions, managing post-production and delivering to broadcasters.

Alfie has also produced several music videos through Little Island for artists such as Kwaye and They, with director Billy Boyd Cape. Most recently Alfie produced the short film ‘if you never answered’ with writer/director Daniel Mckee for Homespun, following the activity of a missing person’s phone. The film explores themes of communication, connectivity and loss in the 21st century.
