Everything we do here at the TV Festival and the TV Foundation is about connecting. Whether it’s the Festival itself or our schemes, we know how powerful it is to bring people and their ideas together. The current situation we are facing threatens all of our ability to be in touch, support one another and create. The team are all still working hard on plans not just for the Festival in over five months’ time, but also how we can best serve our wider industry family between now and then.

We are a charity first, and bringing amazing people together is what we do best. Whether you’re a regular in Edinburgh or haven’t been for years, if TV is your life, you are our people. We work year round every year, and we always love to hear from you. If you’re facing challenges, want to talk about your projects, find out more about the TV Foundation, or just want to say hello to any of us, please don’t be shy.

We’re open with a wide variety of opportunities at the moment, from The Network for tomorrow’s TV talent, Ones to Watch to celebrate and develop the best the industry has to offer, and our Awards (more below) where we can all celebrate great work. We’re also looking for trustees for the TV Foundation, deadline this Friday, more info here.

Now is the time to make new connections in different ways, and I think that’s something to be excited about.
