CHANGEMAKERS

Making TV With Impact

We’re bringing together ten TV professionals in a yearlong programme to put climate at the heart of the industry. Whether you work in development or marketing, whether you’re in scripted or unscripted, as a Changemaker you will have ambitions to bring climate to the screen and want to join a supportive community of like-minded individuals to make that happen.

Everyone’s perspective and experience should feel welcome and represented in the climate movement. With that in mind, we encourage applications from people that are historically under-represented in the sector in terms of ethnicity, disability and working class background.

Changemakers is perfect for you if you…

  • Have a keen interest in bringing climate content to the screen. You do not have to be an expert; we bring the expertise.
  • Are working in a leadership position or area with specific influence, e.g. heads of department or commissioning editors or series producer. You can be working in any genre and need to have at least 10 years’ experience.
  • Are eager to learn and collaborate to understand how TV can have an impact on audiences.
Applications for Changemakers 2026 are now closed.

application dates

  • Applications open: Tuesday 10 February 2026
  • Application close: Extended to Monday 30 March 2026
  • Interviews: April 2026
  • Candidates notified: May 2026

  • Ambition and commitment to take action to bring about more or better climate content. You don’t need a track record in producing climate content, just an enthusiasm for prioritising this in your work.
