Tegan Pearce

I have worked my way up to the role of Senior Production Manager on a wide range of factual, documentary and sporting productions, with a recent stint in drama. From initial budgeting through to post production deliverables, I manage productions from an organisational perspective from end to end. I now Co-Direct my own company, focused on Production Management consultation for TV and event productions, from project development to kit and crew supply. My aim is to mentor junior production management staff up through the ranks in a risk free setting.
