Shows I Oversee

My Mother’s Spices, Where the Light Gets In, Remember Me, Black and White, No Hats Allowed.

Short films in the region of 60-80k, single half hours approx 150-180K… we have a total budget of under a million a year to play with, so not able to finance series – more proof of concepts and pilots for series. We also fund development of scripted projects as a ‘development slate’ with a view to Prod co’s then taking them out to market to secure a commission with a mainstream broadcaster.

WLTM

I’d like to meet with writers, directors, producers, execs or production companies who are deaf, hard of hearing, or hearing – with an interest in working with deaf creatives to help oversee and realise projects. Anyone who has ideas for projects that can feature deaf characters, storytelling or creatives and is looking for talent and ideas. People not afraid of working with a low budget – particularly those with experience or expertise in the vertical drama, micro drama space and is looking to make a splash with a single, short film or project with eyes to mainstream series or ambition. Anyone looking to make a mark with original, risky, unique and exciting stories, worlds and ideas in the deaf, scripted storytelling space.
