TV Producer with filmmaking background and a former radio host.
Working primarily within factual entertainment for the past 4 years, my favourite genres being specialist documentaries and food shows working on Fox’s ‘Next Level Chef,’ ‘Celebration Kitchen’s Eid Special’ and ‘Hospital’.
Born and raised Bristolian from a first generation Bangladeshi family, I use my lived-in experiences to influence my work advocating towards properly representing minorities to become a majority on and off screen within every project.
Being a Muslim in the industry brings it’s challenges but I try to abolish the stereotypes that we face and hope to do more of in the future.
Mabby is on it. She’s smart, organised and handles contributors with ease. Her ability to spin many plates, without dropping any, is just what you need on a busy production. Plus, she also bakes great cupcakes, what more could you want?
