Lisa Emily Petersen

Lisa Emily Petersen is a Danish writer based in London, currently completing an MFA in Writing for Stage and Broadcast Media at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She writes comedy-drama for screen, stage and audio, often featuring characters whose ideas of independence are tested by love, family or community, usually within rural settings or small communities. Lisa’s plays have been staged at Baron’s Court Theatre, the Wee Red Bar and the Edinburgh Fringe. She’s the producer and lead writer of A Fox’s Guide to Deurbanisation, a 7-part audio series available on Spotify (or wherever you get your podcasts!).
