
Kelly is the Head of Talent Development at BBC Studios TalentWorks, where she plays a key role in connecting creative talent with iconic BBC brands, including Bluey, BBC Earth, Doctor Who, Top Gear, and Funny Parts.
Before joining BBC Studios, Kelly spent over a decade at Avalon Entertainment in New York City as an Agent and TV Producer. During her time there, she managed comedians and produced stand-up comedy specials for major networks such as HBO/Sky, Netflix, Comedy Central, and Amazon. Kelly also represented actor and podcast pioneer Marc Maron (host of WTF with Marc Maron) and worked with the creators of Flatbush Misdemeanors, a Showtime/Sky series that ran for two seasons.
Responsibilities
Operating within the digital team, I identify and cultivate emerging and established talent, exploring fresh and innovative ways for them to collaborate with BBC Studios’ renowned properties. I also seek out new IP with potential for development.
