Emma joined Bad Wolf in 2024 as Creative & Commercial Affairs Executive. Based at the company’s HQ Wolf Studios Wales, with offices also in London, Bad Wolf is known for producing acclaimed drama series including Industry (HBO/BBC), His Dark Materials (BBC/HBO), I Hate Suzie (Sky/HBO Max), and Redeye (ITV). Emma works closely with CEO Jane Tranter, Director of Content Dan McCulloch, and Creative Executive Becca Kinder across Bad Wolf’s slate of TV drama, supporting new development and overseeing the company’s emerging talent initiative, Blaidd. Upcoming productions include The War Between the Land and the Sea (BBC/Disney+) and The Other Bennet Sister (BBC/BritBox). Prior to joining Bad Wolf, Emma was a Literary Agent at leading UK talent agency Casarotto Ramsay & Associates.
Responsibilities
Working across Bad Wolf’s full slate of projects, with a particular focus on identifying new development opportunities and cultivating relationships with writers, on- and off-screen talent, commissioners, and international partners.
Would like to meet
Screenwriters with bold, original British and European stories to tell — especially those with a distinct voice or perspective. Given our base in Wales, I’m particularly keen to connect with Welsh or Wales-based talent, as well as commissioners and international partners interested in ambitious, high-quality storytelling.
