Daisy Wesson

Daisy is a 35 year old queer writer from Brighton. While writing has always been at the forefront, her eclectic working life from labouring on large building sites to cleaning out paddling pools is what provides the inspiration for her work and determination to write. This combined with her experience as a researcher on series such as Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials Mystery (Chris Chibnall, Netflix) and Toxic Town (Jack Thorne, Netflix) gives her a developed appreciation for character and story, commerciality and scale. The stories she wants to tell are the ones with something to say.
