Caroline is an Assistant Commissioner with BBC Daytime and co-director of Deaf & Disabled People in TV (DDPTV). She is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and talent to help identify opportunities. Ensuring our audience is served by our slates and identifying how to bring in new audiences. Running a slate of shows and being mindful of editorial and compliance.

Currently establishing my own slate, but have been working with Daytime Commissioning Editors across Animal Park, Rip Off Britain, Escape to the Country, I Escaped to the Country, The Repair Shop, Claimed and Shamed and many more.
