Ben Robins

Ben Robins is a South West-based writer, passionate about comedy, horror and the uncomfortable weirdness in-between. He’s written and directed two shorts, the first of which, dark sex-comedy LOSING IT, was made as part of Sky and Creative UK’s shortFLIX scheme for new voices, and went on to horrify late night audiences briefly on Sky Arts, before a UK festival run. Ben’s second short, Swedish-style tableau THE LAST JEFF, starring SAG Award-winner Erin Doherty, premiered at British Shorts in Berlin, and was championed as one of the films of the festival by Directors Notes.
