Adam is Creative Director at Quintus Studios, documentary executive producer, content developer and former commissioning editor with 20 years’ experience at broadcasters, production companies and digital platforms, with a track record of developing and overseeing prestigious unscripted films. Having spent a decade at Discovery Channel as Director of Programming and Executive Producer, he commissioned, executive produced and acquired premium documentary singles and series for both the UK and international markets whilst co-producing content with other international broadcasters.
He moved to independent production company Woodcut Media in 2016, where he was Executive Producer for their unscripted slate, working closely with networks to develop and manage bespoke content through to completion. In 2020, Adam worked as a freelance development consultant with select independent companies whilst developing his own documentary ideas in arts, culture and music. He joined Quintus Studios as Creative Director in May 2021. In his spare time Adam produces abstract and graffiti inspired art, plays the drums / percussion in various bands and also DJs as part of a small collective. He lives in South West London with his wife, newly born daughter and bulldog.
