Abigail Weinstock

Abigail is an actor, writer and comedian. As an actor she has worked at Theatres including the Donmar Wareouse and Soho Theatre and on screen her credits include Such Brave Girls (BBC), Surface and Napoleon (both for Apple TV). She’s been writing and performing comedy for ten years, and has performed in multiple shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and at venues around London including Soho Theatre and The Pleasance, Islington. Since turning her hand to screen writing a few years ago, she’s been shortlisted and longlisted for several schemes and competitions including BBC writers-room, Sister Global’s writer/performer competition ‘Screenshot’, TCN/UKTV pilot competition, Funny Women and Jewish Comedian of the Year. As a gay, autistic, Jewish woman, she’s a triple threat – and will continue to develop original projects on these themes until she finds the right formula to commission!
