Being accepted to the New Writers Collective has been both delightful and motivating, giving me a support network with talented and ambitious writers. I have also gotten to meet and share my work with television executives in both the relaxed and intimate atmosphere of our retreat in the Cotswolds and the fantastic whirlwind of the Edinburgh TV Festival. Plus I’ve had fun! It turns out the “gatekeepers” are not so scary after all…
