Accessibility is important to us, which is why we offer a wide range of discounted passes to our delegates. Scroll down to see the full range of pass types including Freelancers and Indies.
All passes offer the same access and benefits:
Access to all 4 days of the Festival programme

Bursaries
We know that for some, even a discounted pass is unaffordable. As part of our mission to make the TV industry more accessible to all, we’re funding free bursary places for hundreds of people who would otherwise be unable to attend.

FREELANCER
ELIGIBILITY
Please be ready to provide a copy of your most recent self-assessment tax return (preferred), or most recent Freelance contract.
Sensitive information can be redacted but we must be able to see your name and dates clearly.
Free Transfers – if you are unable to come you may transfer your pass to a colleague, or defer to 2027 for free.
PARTIAL PAYMENT OPTION
We know the cost of a pass can be a lot to pay in one go, so this year we are trialling a 50% deposit option for Freelancer passes.
Follow the link below to take this option, you will need to pay 50% upfront, and will have until Sunday 5 July to pay the remaining 50%.
This option will be available until Wednesday 24 June.
INDIE UNDER £1M
ELIGIBILITY
Indies with an annual turnover of £1M or less.
Please be ready to provide your most recent Companies House filing.
Indie 3-for-2 – buy two Indie passes and bring a junior team member or valued freelancer for free!
Free Transfers – if you are unable to come you may transfer your pass to a colleague, or defer to 2026 for free.
INDIE UNDER £3M
ELIGIBILITY
Indies with an annual turnover of £3M or less.
Please be ready to provide your most recent Companies House filing.
Indie 3-for-2 – buy two Indie passes and bring a junior team member or valued freelancer for free!
Free Transfers – if you are unable to come you may transfer your pass to a colleague, or defer to 2026 for free.
ACCESS
ELIGIBILITY
The Access Pass is designed for Deaf, Disabled and Neurodivergent delegates, for whom attendance at events like the TV Festival incurs additional costs.
For delegates who need financial support on top of this discount to attend, the TV Foundation is pleased to offer Access Bursaries of up to £500 per applicant.
SCOTTISH PASS
ELIGIBILITY
Available to all delegates based in Scotland.
CONCESSIONS
ELIGIBILITY
Available to charities, academics and delegates 30 years and under.

What your pass Funds
Did you know that we are the leading charitable organisation supporting the development of future TV industry leaders? We don’t make a profit from our events. Instead, the proceeds from your Festival pass are invested straight back into the TV Foundation.
The Network and Visionaries are our much-loved existing schemes that have helped over 4,000 individuals to date. The Foundation also supports our annual New Voice Awards event which partners with year-round industry initiatives on topics including bullying and mental health.
Thanks to paying delegates and sponsors, we’re able to offer fully funded places at the Festival. This includes access to tailored workshops, masterclasses and networking opportunities. We also offer year-round mentoring, training, job placements and events.
