Helen’s first experience in TV was aged 16 in front of the camera in Cambodia, for a Channel 4 Education show. She quickly realised she wasn’t destined for the presenter life; instead wanting to work behind the scenes. Experienced across multiple broadcasters and genres, Helen has had the opportunity to work on brilliant productions from Britain’s Got Talent to Great British Railway Journeys. But her true passion is factual development. She loves coming up with ideas and has helped develop a wide range of programmes covering everything from paratroopers to mountain sheep.
Helen’s ultimate ambition is to work in commissioning, bringing innovative and landmark ideas to the screen, reaching big audiences across the globe.
"Helen’s understanding of the TV industry is incredible. She is brimming with ideas, organised and calm – and takes on every challenge with unerring enthusiasm." Leesa Rumley, Head of Development, Windfall Films
