HOST LISTING

Speed meeting hosts from broadcasters, producers and distributors across the UK and internationally will be announced via weekly newsletters, and their profiles will be available to view below and meetings requested online as in previous years.

The ConnectED team will manage the sessions via videocall on Zoom and all digital delegates will be eligible to apply for one of the slots. You can request as many as you like and we will do our best to match you with up to those who fit with your project.

Meetings are scheduled according to the host’s availability so please ensure you will be available during their 1 hour slot before requesting meetings. We will do our best to confirm at least one of your requests but cannot guarantee that you will secure a meeting.

Helen commissions brand new and exciting factual and factual entertainment content across all commissioning channels on the network. She develops, pitches and executive produces projects and manages relationships with indies, agents and talent to ensure UKTV gets – and keeps – the very best ideas.

People who watch telly and, specifically, who watch our channels and have some idea what we commission and what we might be looking for. Having said that I do love an off the wall idea too! I commissioned Hurricane Man for Dave having met the producer Ed Kellie (who’s idea it was) at an Edinburgh Speed Meeting, so you see, dreams can come true.”
