Josh is a trainer, consultant and NCTJ Gold Standard accredited journalist who provides equality, diversity and inclusion advice and training to organisations’ across the private, public and the third sector.

Before Challenge, Josh worked as a Client Account Manager at Stonewall where he created and lead seminar sessions, training days and empowerment programmes. Josh also designed and delivered Stonewall’s first flagship Role Model empowerment programmes for Black Asian Minority Ethnic LGBTQ people.

Whilst at university, Josh was a student representative on Whiley’s Radio One show and worked on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Take away shortly after graduating.
Josh is a popular speaker at conferences and forums on a range of diversity and inclusion issues such as unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, intersectional identities and inclusive recruitment practice.

Josh will be showcasing an implicit association test at the conference; these tests were first developed to explore hidden biases that we all carry from a lifetime of experiences with social groups. A test has been developed especially for the conference specifically focused on social class, this will the first time a test of this nature has been done publicly,
