Recent television arts highlights commissioned by Mark include the Big Painting Challenge and Fake or Fortune? on BBC One, a number of acclaimed films on Saturday nights on BBC Two including The Marvellous World of Roald Dahl, The Secret Life of Sue Townsend (Aged 68¾), Francis Bacon – a Brush With Violence and Paula Rego: Secrets and Stories on BBC Two and numerous series and seasons on from conceptual art to surrealism and Japanese art and culture on BBC Four.

Forthcoming commissions include a season on poetry – Contains Strong Language, films on Picasso, Basquiat and John Le Carré and the major BBC Two series, Civilisations.
