Kate Harwood is Managing Director of FremantleMedia UK drama label Euston Films. Kate was previously Head of Drama (England) at BBC. Her early career began in in-house BBC drama production starting as script editor and then producer and executive producer. Her career includes BAFTA-winning shows such as Holding On and Charles II and she was producer and executive producer on titles such as Twenty Thousand Streets, Cranford amongst many others.
In 2014 she started up the rebooted Euston Films and their first commission, Neil Cross’s Hard Sun is currently in post-production. A new commission Baghdad Central by Stephen Butchard for Channel 4 has recently been announced.
