Originally from St. Helens, Merseyside Ian has spent over twentyﬁve years in the TV industry across ITV and the BBC where he established the BBC’s Production Talent Network. He has been responsible for the management of creative and editorial talent across all genres in production and commissioning on a pan UK basis.
With a particular focus on developing new talent and headhunting at the executive level for a range of award winning shows, from Strictly Come Dancing to Top Gear, Little Britain to Dr. Who, Ian is now an independent talent consultant with a range of clients including Sony Television, Nutopia, Hindsight and Sugar Films. On a voluntary basis he is media advisor to On The Road action group and President of the Stellar Foundation supporting the Institute of Dramatic Arts in Barcelona (IAB). Ian is also a qualiﬁed mediator.

Adam is Talent Manager for BBC Studios’ Factual TV production in Salford, covering the Religion & Ethics and Topical & Live teams. BBC Studios hire editorial and production management staff and freelancers for a wide range of programming – from documentaries to current affairs and consumer output. Titles include ‘The One Show’, ‘Rip Off Britain’, ‘Watchdog’, and ‘Sunday Morning Live’ for BBC One, to ‘Sex, Drugs & Murder: Life in the Red Light Zone’ for BBC Three.

Talent Manager – BBC Scotland
Angela is a talent manager in BBC Scotland, sourcing production staff, carrying out recruitment campaigns and negotiating rates and salaries for staff. She works with four teams: Gaelic News & Current Affairs, Gaelic Production (TV, radio and online), Entertainment and Events as well as Online, Knowledge & Learning. She also oversees the work experience programme for BBC Scotland. Angela has been a talent manager for over three years now after 14 years spent in various online production areas including Bitesize, sport and Gaelic.
